RUBBER/NEOPRENE COMBO

Our proprietary, super-supple rubber serves as a windbreaker and provides maximum insulation making the Rubber/Neoprene combo optimal for colder conditions. All rubber manufactured in Japan contains limestone as a filler.

Mesh Smoothie rubber is slightly stronger, slightly less flexible.
Super Smoothie rubber is finer and more flexible.

ALL-NEOPRENE

This outer lining option works well for lighter suit styles and warmer conditions.

It is the combination of the outer lining and the inner lining materials, laminated together, that sets Axxe wetsuits apart, providing maximum warmth and freedom of motion.

The TZ

(available in 2mm, 3mm, 3/2mm and 5/3mm) is a nylon-based material that is the foundation for all three linings and great for light suits.

The Silky Germa

(available in 3mm or 5/3mm) feels “smooth” against the skin. The Silky Germa lining contains a natural Germanium powder blended into the material. Germanium is found naturally in hot springs and promotes blood circulation and allows the suit to retain body heat.

The Drain Espa

lining (available in 3mm or 5/3mm) is made from a nylon/polyester blend and feels “fuzzy” against the skin. It is the thicker, more substantial of the inner lining options. Air chambers built into the lining surface trap in warm air created by body motion inside the suit. It too contains Germanium blended into the material for warmth retention. A 3mm Alpha provides the warmth of an average 4mm suit that one might find elsewhere on the market. The Alpha does not retain water and dries quickly.
